The breakfast deal was enjoyable with the view of the Park and many fruits and vegetarian dishes. Location: the hotel was next to historical manor house as well as national park. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby...

Beautiful setting. Helpful friendly staff. Good food. We were there for a wedding then returned for a weekend stay - both wonderful!
mosquitos and flies! Screens for windows and fly spray would have been welcome!

Beautiful and peaceful location, excellent food, good value for money. Rooms were very beautiful decorated. Zen rooms have computer and radio with mp3 and even loudspeakers in bathroom. And jacuzzi!
There was no gym. Sink in the bathroom was very tiny, it was impossible to wash your face without getting the floor wet.

The excellent location : in the heart of a national park , there were endless possibilites for coastal and forest walks. The 1st class service : the young ladies at the reception went out of their way to help, the level of service was was similar throughout the staff. Facilities : everything we could ask for was in the manor grounds.
Lack of laudry services.

The location and the surroundings. It is very pleasant to walk in the park which is behind the annex where we stayed. The other manors (Sagadi and Palmse are nearby).
Our room was not available when we arrived around 3 p.m., although check-in time is 2 p.m. The reception staff rudely said that check-in time is actually 4 p.m. and put the blame on Booked.net for indicating an earlier check-in time ! The room was located in the annex, two hundred meters away from the main building. The breakfast was not up to standard : terrible watery orange juice and poor service. It is vastly overpriced. For 95 €, one expects at least a complimentary bottle of water in the room. Instead, they charge 5 € (yes, five euros) for a small bottle of Evian ... We did not try the restaurant, but had a very good dinner beside Palmse manor.

We really enjoyed our stay at this venue; it has a one-of-a-kind charm, the rooms are well-kept and feel fresh within the historical setting, and the staff is incredibly accommodating by providing complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services.

We had a superior twin room under the roof of the barn building. The slanted window in the roof is not very big, but if you want to read there are excellent reading lamps over the comfortable beds. Good and very nice restaurant. Very quiet location at the eastern border of Lahemaa National Park. We would choose Vihula Manor again.
The place looks newly renovated. However, in our bathroom some tiles on the floor were broken already due to a warped floor.
